About the Opportunity:


Reporting to the Northern Zone A&F C3 Manager, the Bed Utilization/Allocator Clerk performs a variety of clerical duties essential to ensure efficient patient flow in the NZ C3 Department, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The Bed Utilization/Allocator Clerk supports the admission, bed allocation, discharge, and transfer process in collaboration with the Patient Flow Managers/Leaders.

This role is critical in ensuring that C3 runs efficiently and help facilitate others to perform their duties effectively. The Bed Utilization/Allocator Clerks must be able to accurately perform their duties in an emotionally charged, high-pressure, high-volume workplace.


About You:

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Grade 12 plus one year medical office assistant program plus one year experience or two years relevant working experience
  • Experience using STAR and PHS preferred
  • Excellent data entry skills and proficiency with computers
  • Demonstrates problem solving and decision making skills
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
**A skills test will be included as part of the selection process

Hours:


  • Permanent, Fulltime (100%), 70 Hours Biweekly
  • Shifts will include days, evenings, and weekends.

Compensation and Incentives:

$ $24.31 Hourly
