***Greet visitors and answer calls in a friendly and professional manner by providing assistance, advice and information about the company. Work closely with the financial controller; assist and support accounting-related activities. Work with various departments to support certain tasks and projects.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Greet visitors and callers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide callers and visitors some information and guidance to best meet both their needs and business needs.
  • Provide support for the accounting department.
  • Administrative processing of files. organization of agendas and meetings.
  • Assist the production department, under the direction of Production Manager.
  • Distribute mail and internal documents. Coordinate corporate events and travel booking and arrangements as required.
  • Maintain company office supplies; Ensure the availability of office supply and place orders as required; communicate any special office requirements to the Operations Manager.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Experience

  • One to five years related experience
Computer Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office programs (Excel and Word)
  • Prior experience with enterprise software systems preferred.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$18.00-$23.00 per hour
