Description

We are seeking an ambitious and determined quick learners who possesses a P1 licence with the LSO. Strong advocacy skills and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must.

The paralegal will be responsible file management, hearing preparation, attend at the Ontario Court of Justice POA court for administrative hearings, trials and attend at the Ontario Court of Justice (POA Appeals Division) for appeal hearings.

The paralegal is required to drive to court locations throughout the Province of Ontario.

Preference is given to those with prior courtroom experience and/or criminal law/paralegal (POA) practice experience.
