Responsibilities:


  • Meet with customer to discuss menu and ingredients.
  • Prepare food according to customer's wants and needs.
  • Prepare food in a timely manner.
  • Be able to work under pressure.
  • Have knowledge of food safety standards.
  • Prepare food in a sanitary manner.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 40 per week


Salary:
$16.00-$18.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Halifax, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Cooking: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
