As the FP&A Manager, you'll be performing the following duties:

Develop and deliver key performance reports, monthly business review presentation, KPI monitoring and other reports with related commentary to various stakeholders
Support Regional Controller and CFO with regards to monthly reporting
Lead and support data gathering and analysis for functional owners
Support standardization and development of new monthly reporting processes
Review of all reporting and identifying opportunities to automate existing processes and eliminate inefficiencies
Drive improvements to analytical reporting and profitability analyses (branch, customer, asset, regions)
Support budget preparation process and rolling forecast analytics
Act as a key support contact for reporting, adhoc queries from management
Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards for controlling costs and analyzing revenue
Support CFO on cost control projects, pricing, and any adhoc analyses

What you'll bring:

Education/Experience Requirements:

Associate degree or diploma preferred.
With a minimum of 5 years of Finance/FP&A experience and 3 years of Accounting experience required
Experience in working at a large accounting firm would be ideal.
Proficient in the use of Excel
Experience in a supervisory role
ACCA or CPA designation considered as asset

Work experience in the Insurance / Transportation/ Trailer industry is an asset.
