Located at Leslie / York Mills in Toronto, SHAPE is a state-of-the-art, upscale, boutique facility specializing in high performance training and functional training, as well as chiropractic, physiotherapy, exercise rehabilitation, registered massage therapy, acupuncture, and naturopathic medicine.

• Greet all clients warmly and make them feel welcome
• Handle all appointment bookings, invoicing and billing, follow ups, and client accounts
• Be calm under pressure, sympathetic, understanding, compassionate
• Provide superior customer service go above and beyond for clients

• University degree in Kinesiology or Physical Education, Health Sciences, or the likes
• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications
• Background in rehabilitation and fitness is an asset
• Highly communicative with strong verbal and written skills
• Highly motivated and passionate about helping clients pursue their goals
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to engage and retain clients
• Reliable and organized work manner
• Work independently with mínimal supervision, but able to take direction
• Fluent in English, strong leader, takes initiative, good sense of humour

• 8 hour shift
