Townsend Sheet Metal has been in business for over 50 years. We are a manufacturer and installer of sheet metal and HVAC equipment, serving York Region and the surrounding area. We are currently looking to register or add an apprentice to our team. The job includes both shop fabrication and on-site installation of sheet metal.

• Ability to work at a steady pace in a safe manner

- have a valid G drivers license

• Transportation to shop daily
• Physically capable of lifting 50lbs
• Punctual with good attendance and positive attitude toward work
• Ability to work at heights

- ability to use hand and power tools

would be considered an asset, but not essential

• Whimis trained and uptodate

- up to date working at heights
- scissor lift training

Starting pay will be based on current experience and qualification.


Salary:
$20.00-$36.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay
