Description
The S. Dilawri Automotive Group is currently looking to hire an experienced Automotive Service Manager.


Essential Job Duties:

  • Oversee and control a successful Service Department
  • Responsible for implementing and administering all systems, procedures and processes
  • Maintain high profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Manage a high performance team of Service Advisors, Technicians and Service teams
  • Meeting Department Performance Target

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Automotive Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager experience. Kia or Asian brand experience is an asset.
  • Proven Track Record in Strong Management Aptitude
  • Possess sound automotive technical background
  • Have a valid G Driver's license
  • Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment and remain focused
  • Must be a strong leader and communicator

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
