It's the hand-selected products chosen by our Creative Director for The Cross that create the unique experience our clients have come to love. As a Shipper/Receiver, you are the first to touch and see these products You are responsible for making sure we've received the correct product, of the best quality, and for getting it "floor ready" for all our customers to experience.

You will be working behind the scenes to meet the high expectations our clients have for excellent customer service and beautiful products.

Our stockroom is a fast paced environment, with lots to accomplish each day.

You will need to be organized, be able to follow directions, be good with time management and be great at problem solving to do well in this role.

ALL IN A DAY'S WORK

• Receive, unload and unpack incoming inventory with efficiency
• Packing and shipping online orders with accuracy and care
• Facilitate client pickups and deliveries from our store and warehouse
• Communicate updates on products and deliveries to both the Product and Sales team
• Assist with inventory counts from time to time
• Assist with stockroom and warehouse organization, labeling pallets, shelves, and boxes as directed
• Perform daily general housekeeping to keep the stockroom/warehouse organized, clean and orderly at all times (sweeping, breaking down boxes, etc)
• Safety first Proper safety procedures in the warehouse and store are important

KEY RELATIONSHIPS

• Reports to the Product Department
• Works closely with Merchandiser
• Communicates with Sales Team

• Good at building relationships and taking the time to get to know the team
• Enjoy working within a beautifully curated and design based retail environment
• Previous experience in retail is a plus

WORK HOURS...

• Fulltime position working 40 hrs/week for 5 consecutive days with 2 days off. Flexibility if required.
