Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to concrete construction and finishing. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in concrete forming, carpentry, and the use of power tools.

Responsibilities:

• Build and set concrete forms according to project specifications
• Pour and level concrete using various techniques and tools
• Operate ride on power trowels
• Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete
• Repair and renovate existing concrete structures
• Operate heavy equipment as needed for concrete placement
• Interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of projects
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
• Proficiency in carpentry and concrete forming techniques
• Knowledge of power tools used in concrete construction
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as excavators or skid steers is a plus
• Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
• Blueprint reading skills to interpret project plans accurately
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods

Salary:
$31.00-$32.25 per hour


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

- concrete: 5 years (required)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
