Coordinate and schedule security personnel for client assignments, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
Liaise with clients to understand their security needs and preferences regarding personnel.
Maintain accurate records of personnel availability and hours worked.

Qualifications:

High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and scheduling software.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Understanding of security operations and personnel requirements is an asset.
