Description
To be successful as a Sales Advisor, you should be an ambitious self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a star Sales Advisor should be able to build relationships with customer and close sales.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct presentations and attend meetings with architect, design and building firms.
  • Generate new leads through cold calling using external and internal databases.
  • Provide Customer Service by listening to the concerns of customers and be able to answer any questions and address their needs in a professional manner.
  • Actively build relationships and networks.
  • Understand and follow the sales pipeline.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time to meet with clients and visit job sites.
  • Meet with the sales manager on a weekly basis to update sales quota.
  • Actively maintain record of client interaction and follow up by using our CRM software.
  • Meet and exceed the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
  • Help clients from pre
- to post-sales.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, and sales skills to clearly convey the benefits of a product to customers.
  • Strong negotiation skill.
  • High organizational skill and ability to manage several projects at the same time.
  • Selfmotivated and comfortable working with little to no direction.
  • Strong computer and software skills including spreadsheet, Microsoft Office, CRM, QuickBooks, etc.

  • Bachelor's degree or any sales or business certification.

Job Types:

From $44,280.00 per year
