Children's Corner Daycare is seeking a casual/part-time staff to join our team This position could turn into full-time. The position is shared between our main centre for 3 months-5 years and our afterschool program. Experince with school age children prefered.

Children's Corner provides an environment that emphasizes initiative and active exploration. Concepts are learned through hands-on experiences, developing positive self-esteem, and personal interaction skills.

We believe all children grow and develop at their own rate and it is our responsibility to make any necessary adaptions to programs, activities, environment, and scheduling to ensure all children have equal opportunities to participate.

• A diploma, or degree in Early Childhood Education from a recognized institution.
• ECE Level 3 classification, ECE Level 2 classification, or ECE Level 1 classification prefered but not required.
• Recent experience (within past 5 years) working with children ages 05 years in a childcare environment.
• Training and/or experience in a playbased learning environment is an asset
• Up to date child abuse check, criminal record/vulnerable sector and emergency first aid and CPR "C"
