Agile experience preferred:
Lead in the execution and release of minimum viable products to help increase productivity and collaboration across FCC.

What you'll do:

Create and maintain a transparent backlog of stories
Prioritize the backlog for maximum value to FCC
Define strategic and maintenance work
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify priorities
Coach the team in improving Agile methodology

What we're looking for:

Organized multitasker who can easily shift focus in a fastpaced work environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and requests while staying organized and composed
Strong communicator able to effectively deliver priority messaging to staff
Proven relationshipbuilder comfortable interacting and negotiating at all levels

What you'll need:

A degree in computer science or administration and at least eight years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience);
Product Owner certification is an asset
Experience working in an Agile environment
