Position Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides support on companywide talent focused projects/ programs to drive culture and engagement
- Partners with other members of the OD team to implement and support L&D/OD initiatives
- Coordinates and facilitates new hire orientation sessions
- Coordinates the organizationwide engagement survey, preparing all data and demographics, communications, reports, action planning, and results analysis
- Establishes training calendar for professional development related to identified needs and strategic focus
- Coordinates training including all aspects of administration (i.e. registration, etc.)
- Deploys training evaluations, monitors feedback and makes recommendations for future changes to course design
- Conducts portfolio needs assessments to identify emerging trends and assess issues/risks and the internal business environment within the organization.
- Conducts needs assessment to determine training needs and gaps
- Assists in facilitating change management process
- Oversees the Foundation Tuition Grants programs and tracking process
- Administers Performance Appraisal input process and information tracking for compliance measurements
- Coordinates the Employee Discounts program, maintaining relationships with existing clients and developing new opportunities to meet organizational and staff demands/needs
- Works with compensation, benefits, and wellness, to integrate a plan of overall employee engagement and recognition across HR functions
- Trains educators, managers, and other super users on site use, reporting and LMS data administration
- Designs and develops eLearning modules to meet organizational, department, or other needs
- Works with Subject Matter Experts to update and create relevant and timely eLearning modules
- Works with vendor and/or Digital Solutions to facilitate software installation, system modifications, maintenance, upgrades, customization and troubleshooting, as needed
- Regularly updates existing user accounts, monitors user imports, and adds/uploads new users to the system
- Facilitates course registration and attendance tracking
- Administers and analyzes stay interviews, identifies trends and prepares recommendations
- Prepares and distributes reports on compliance for mandatory and legislated training requirements
- Evaluates results for training and development programs; ensures alignment with business strategic goals
- Reports on the progress of OD initiatives and programs and related metrics
- Proactively identifies gaps, risks and opportunities that are metric driven and proposes changes necessary to meet these needs
- Prepares engagement survey reporting requirements and administers/distributes reports to leaders across the organization
- Organizes engagement survey for deployment through preparing HRIS Employee and Physician data, survey questionnaire setup, opening and closing
- Supports manager with strategic workforce planning (talent management and succession planning)
- Keeps business informed on best practices and changing trends, contributes to the research and keep uptodate on OD best practices; including supporting EDI related learnings
- Helps establish organizationwide processes that create and sustain organization resiliency and employee engagement
- Website and Intranet site design and maintenance
- Graphic design (presentations, website, newsletters)
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, Adult Education or equivalent required
- CHRP/L Designation and Change Management certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years general OD or HR experience including talent management projects (e.g. rewards and recognition, staff discounts, tuition support etc.; advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, previous experience working with Learning Management Systems and eLearning development software, website/intranet site design and graphic design
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, and experience designing and delivering training programs and workshops
- Excellent communication and presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent time management and project management skills
