We are looking for a Sales Representative who is a hard working individual. You will play an important role in helping our clients choose the best heating solutions for their home. Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, communication and a positive attitude will contribute to the overall success of this role


Responsibilities

• Generate leads
• Understand and promote sales programs
• Communicate with customers and administrative staff
• Visit clients to evaluate needs and promote products and services
• Answer client questions about products, pricing, financing, and availability
• Enter customer information, estimates, jobs, and orders into customer management software
• Complete work accurately and on time
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets within schedule
• Work with a team or independently
• Comply with safety and occupational standards
• Understand the importance of customer service
• Maintain a positive attitude

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license
• Clean abstract
• 3 years of previous sales experience
• Previous experience in the HVAC industry is an asset
• Proficient in Google, and CRM related experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable of working well under pressure and meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Coachable and selfmotivated
