- registration as a Professional Technologist

- expertise with BIM software, specifically REVIT
- proficiency in the production and coordination of construction documentation with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced industry
- experience with contract administration
- proficiency in interpreting and implementing the National and Provincial Building Codes, & municipal bylaws
- strong command of the English language, especially as applied to technical documentation and design/construction industry communication
