As we expand our social media outreach, we are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Coordinator to join our team.


Position Overview:


As the Social Media Coordinator at Future Buildings, you will play a pivotal role in managing and elevating our brand's online presence across multiple social media platforms.

Your primary focus will be on creating captivating content, engaging with potential customers, nurturing leads, and enhancing customer interactions to drive brand awareness and conversion.


Responsibilities:


  • Content Creation_: Develop visually appealing and compelling social media content that aligns with Future Buildings' brand identity and resonates with our target audience. This includes images, videos, animations, and other multimedia assets.
  • Social Media Management_: Oversee and actively engage with potential customers on a variety of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead Nurturing_: Cultivate relationships with potential customers through social media interactions, guiding them through the buyer's journey and nurturing them into becoming leads.
  • CRM Integration_: Input all generated leads into the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and uptodate customer data.
  • Social Media Campaigns_: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness and encourage audience engagement, ultimately leading to increased lead generation.
  • Analytics and Reporting_: Monitor social media metrics, track the performance of campaigns, and prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Trend Monitoring_: Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices, utilizing this knowledge to optimize our social media strategy.
  • Collaboration with Design Team_: Work closely with our design team, leveraging your indepth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects, to produce highquality visual content.
  • Cross-Channel Integration_: Coordinate social media efforts with other marketing initiatives to ensure a cohesive brand message and a seamless customer experience across all channels.

Requirements:


  • College Diploma or University degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic design, Video Production or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns that you've produced and/or managed.
  • Indepth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective best practices, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects. Must be able to provide a portfolio of video, motion graphic and photo design work.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, brand identity, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and onbrand messages.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret social media metrics and use data to optimize strategies.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics and design. Bonus marks for knowledge of new AI design tools.
  • Ability to engage and nurture potential customers into leads.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate lead data entry.
  • Passion for social media and staying uptodate with industry trends.
