    About Metergy Solutions Inc. ("Metergy")

As one of North America's most experienced submetering providers, Metergy supplies, installs and remotely reads meters to measure individual suite consumption of electricity, water, gas, and thermal energy in multifamily and commercial buildings, and bills and collects the utility consumption. Our Submetering as a Service (SaaS) model generates long-term recurring revenue and helps reduce in-suite energy consumption. Metergy issues green bonds and financing to support growth. Metergy is a portfolio company of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners, providing access to capital and global reach.

Our mission is to provide building owners and occupants with accurate, reliable utility consumption data through turnkey submetering and billing, while fostering a workplace that empowers our team to do more good. We are proud to be recognized as a Great Place to Work for the second consecutive year, reflecting our commitment to a respectful, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.

We're excited to continue growing and innovating in the submetering space.
