Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the planning, design, and implementation of highway projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for projectrelated matters.
Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment.
Effectively manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to achieve project objectives.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, addressing issues proactively to ensure successful project outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, planners, and designers, to achieve integrated and sustainable solutions.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
Mentor and coach junior project management staff, contributing to their professional development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in project management, with a focus on highway infrastructure projects.
Professional engineering license or relevant certifications.
Proven track record of successfully delivering large and complex highway projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Knowledge of relevant software tools and technologies used in project management.
In compliance with the B.C. Pay Transparency Act, the expected salary range is from $100 $150 per hour
