KidzGo Indoor Playground is currently seeking Playground Attendants to join their team. We are looking for Full-time positions. We are looking for customer-focused team players, able to keep their heads up in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment, and who understand the importance of a fantastic family experience when visiting our playground

Responsibilities will include:
- greeting guests timely, determining their needs, and taking their payments for tickets and snack bar items.
- ensuring that the snack bar area is kept clean and organized and that stock is replenished as needed.
- ensuring guests are served their food in a professional and friendly manner.

Checking in with guests regarding their experience.
Resolve any guest concern or complaint

- explaining the playground setup and rules for all areas to our guests.
- ensuring that all areas are kept clean and tidy.
