Salesperson Responsibilities:

Achieve specific sales targets as set out by the Sales Managers.
Meet & greet clients in a professional manner.
Assess client's needs and be knowledgeable about various different vehicle makes and models.
Attend test drives with clients.
Explain various payment options and financial packages to clients.
Assist clients with deliveries and any aftersale issues.
Attend weekly sales meetings

Sales Associate Skills:

Communication skills: Must be able to communicate effectively in English with all clients and other staff (other language is an asset).
Teamwork skills: Must have the ability to work efficiently both individually and in a team setting. We are looking for a team player.

Other Skills/Traits We Are Looking For:

Highly self-motivated, driven and proactive.
Problem solver with a positive mind set.
Strong sales skills and phone skills.
Understanding the importance of Customer Service & Satisfaction.
Energetic and enthusiastic.

- Previous automotive sales experience preferred. Sales experience in a different industry may be considered.

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License with clean record
Fluent in English, other language is an asset.
Valid Sales License issued by the Vehicle Sales Authority of BC. (This license can also be obtained upon hiring).
Dress Code: Business Professional

Compensation/Benefits:

We offer a competitive pay plan with several benefits.
This position is commission-based only.
No salary provided.
Medical & dental health provided after probation period. Vacation pay provided.

This is a full time position (6 days). Must be able to work weekends.

$50,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
