- Diagnose, repair, and service Kubota agricultural, turf, and construction equipment, including engines, powertrains, hydraulics, electrical systems, and attachments
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Accurately complete repair orders, warranty documentation, and tech reports
- Assist in field service and equipment testing when needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- A genuine passion for agriculture, farming, and supporting the people who feed and build our communities
- Certification or near‑completion in Agricultural or Heavy Equipment Technician program (minimum Block 3)
- 4+ years of mechanical/service experience (agriculture or heavy equipment)
- Strong diagnostic skills and a problem‑solving mindset
- Team‑oriented, reliable, and customer‑focused
- Clean driver's abstract and ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable using computer‑based service software and systems
