We service a wide variety of clients ranging from owner-managers to small & medium sized companies in diverse industries like manufacturing, transportation, health care, software etc.
Our growing team consists of 15 full and part time staff members at present and looking to grow the team by adding a hardworking, self motivated and technically sound Account Lead.
-Key Responsibilities_:

Excellent Proficiency in QuickBooks using desktop or online ( QBO), knowledge of Caseware is a plus
- Effective communication with our clients, with government agencies, with management and with other team members
Bookkeeping Tasks of entering data in the accounting software, including preparation of adjusting journal entries, preparation of bank reconciliations, calculation of depreciation, income tax accruals and reconciliation of inter-company accounts

Preparation of working paper files and Compilation Engagement Reports
- Must be able to work effectively in a fastpaced environment with special attention to details
- Perform trial balance reviews, comparing previous months and reporting on discrepancies
- Preparation and filing of T2 Corporate Tax Returns
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Should be Able to complete a Client's file independently right from entering the data till passing closing entries and preparing the Financial Statements

Qualifications_

A minimum of 4 years of experience in Bookkeeping, Accounting, GST/HST Filings and preparation and filing of T2 Corporate Returns is required preferably within a Public Accounting Practice environment doing full cycle Accounting, Bookkeeping & Tax Filing:
- Excellent English communication skills both written & oral
- Excellent ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage 25 to 30 clients per month
- Good operating knowledge of excel, word, outlook, Adobe and other programs
- Previous experience using Case Ware, Case View templates will be considered an asset
- Tech Savvy
- You should be reasonably inclined toward technology and be adaptable to learn new software tools
- Should be Accountable
- You should be willing to be held accountable for your performance
- Problem Solver
- You should not require micromanaging and be able to problemsolve
- Customer Centric
- Our customer's success and experience should be held as the highest objective
College
or University degree is a must:
Should be able to speak in both English and Hindi

$44,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
