Job description
I run a digital marketing agency and we are scaling fast.I'm looking for a top-tier LinkedIn Freelancer (Individual only – no agencies, please) to join me in managing high-profile client accounts.
This isn't just about "posting"; it's about strategic presence, high-level networking, and driving actual results.What you'll be doing:
- Content Creation: Writing engaging, authoritybuilding posts.
- Language & AI Mastery: You must be a pro at using AI tools to generate highquality content in various languages (mainly English and Hebrew). Even if you don't speak the language, you must know how to prompt and refine AI to produce natural, nonrobotic results.
- Targeted Networking: Sending connection requests based on very specific ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) definitions.
- Inbox Management: Handling DM sequences and initial conversations to nurture leads (in English or Hebrew, depending on the account).

Proven Experience:
You've managed LinkedIn accounts for B2B clients or executives before.
- AI Native: You know how to leverage AI to overcome language barriers without sacrificing quality.
- Attention to Detail: You are organized and can manage multiple "personalities" for different clients.
- Results-Driven: You understand that "likes" are great, but "conversations" are better.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
