We are searching for a full-time permanent Orchard Market Team Lead who will assist in the day-to-day management of the retail store and report to the OM Supervisor.

The OM Team Lead will provide guidance to the Retail Associates in the OM Supervisor's absence and ensure excellent customer service.

They will be knowledgeable about the Martin's brand and story, Martin's apples & apple products.


Day Shift - Tuesday to Saturday, shifts scheduled during store hours (9am to 6pm weekdays and 8am to 4pm Saturdays).

Responsibilities:


  • All associated duties of a Retail Associate
  • Input appropriate stock adjustments / inventory into the POS System
  • Provide recommendations and insights to OM Supervisor to improve OM product selection, merchandising and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with customer service and prepwork in our Orchard Bake Shop
  • In the OM Supervisor's absence:
  • OM Team Lead is responsible for team leadership and primary contact
  • Oversees all activities associated with store opening/closing
  • Pickup bake shop goods using company vehicle

Qualifications:


  • 2 years retail/customer service experience
  • Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, reliable and responsible
  • Selfmotivated leader with good time management skills
  • Valid Ontario drivers' license

Salary:
From $17.00 per hour
