Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee account management and foster customer relationships using Salesforce.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities through various channels, including website, social media, and outreach via phone calls.
- Target and acquire potential customers to expand our market presence.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand customer needs, introduce products, provide effective solutions, and provide accurate price quotations.
- Negotiate terms with customers to ensure successful order fulfillment.
- Oversee and follow up on the delivery process, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, fostering connections and staying abreast of industry trends.
- Contribute to the development of business plans, sales forecasts, and marketing strategies to drive overall growth.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated success in a B2B sales role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The comprehension of the electrical industry is recognized as a key asset.
- Strong collaborative spirit, capable of working in a teamoriented environment.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
$35,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
