Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following;

Provide exceptional care for all children from parent dropoff to pickup.
Support, plan and lead appropriate emergent programming based on Summit's foundational components.
Dedication to supporting the growth and healthy development of children that encourages an appreciation of learning and discovery.
Observe and document children's development in both group setup & oneonone interactions.
Ensure health and safety of children in assigned groups.
Build positive relationships with parents, children and coworkers.

Skills and Qualifications

Ability to create a nurturing and inspiring environment for kids ages 6 months to 5 years.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
Clear Criminal Record Check including that of Vulnerable Sector Search.
CPR and Standard First Aid Level B or C Certification.
Alberta Child Care Certification Level 1, or a willingness to obtain one.
Ability to work as a team and collaborate with coworkers to create a great culture and work environment for everyone.

Compensation Includes:
- $ $19.00 per hour

Government Wage Top up
