HSAS Job Description Reporting to the Manager, the Senior Physical Therapist is responsible for the planning, development, organization and delivery of therapy services within the framework of the interdisciplinary team.

The Senior Therapist provides coaching, mentoring and guidance to staff therapists and other support staff.

Job Qualifications Required Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy from a program which is recognized by the Canadian Physical Therapy Association.

Must be licensed by the Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapists and be eligible for membership with the Canadian Physical Therapy Association.

Experience Must have three years related clinical experience in the specialty area. Requires certification for life support. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to be innovative and creative. Excellent communication skills. Strong leadership skills. Other Information HSAS seniority within the Saskatchewan Health Authority will be considered under the Selection Criteria.
