Accounting Clerk - 4 Month Contract

The Accounting Clerk will provide administrative support to the API finance team, focusing on general accounting functions. The Accounting Clerk will have an accounting background and be responsible the following;

Perform general accounting functions.
Data entry and assistance with filing.
Complete and review various forms of data and the subsequent reporting.
Prepare invoices for payment.
Code and post invoices as required.
Assist with report and presentation preparation.
Assist with month end financial reports.
Support AP/AR, Accounting Manager, and inventory data management as required.
Ensure the strict confidentiality and privacy of financial records as they relate to the organization, customers, employees, and business partners
Follow biosecurity protocol
Follow all safety processes and procedures
All other duties as assigned
