About The Role:
Bosa Properties is looking for a Design Intern to join our team of skilled real estate professionals.

Reporting to the Design Manager, this individual will have a unique opportunity to accurately review and measure completed projects, such as Fifteen Fifteen and Cardero, to collect essential metrics for a Design Efficiency exercise.

The Design Intern will play a key role in acquiring more data and insights to help our Design team make informed decisions that align with our customer values.


What You'll Do

  • Utilize Bluebeam, AutoCAD or Revit to measure and document statistic of buildings based on record drawings or issued for construction drawings;
  • Produce detailed measurement reports for approximately 50 buildings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established measurement standards;
  • Assist in comparing Axiom (General Contractor) reports with data received from Architects to ensure consistency and accuracy;
  • Assist in maintaining a comprehensive database of all measurement data and reports;
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to streamline measurement processes and support ongoing projects.

What You Bring:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with the ability to interpret and review precise architectural drawings and measurements;
  • Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program in Architecture, or a related field;
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, demonstrated through accuracy in drawing measurement and data entry in excel;
  • Proven ability to manage a project, initiating task breakdown and workback plan to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate intently and work collaboratively;
  • Experience using Bluebeam will be considered an asset.

Salary
The expected base salary range for this role is $52,000.
