    Job Summary

    As a member of the Materials Management Group, the Technician, Warehouse PO3 is responsible for the efficient management of inbound and internal material movements within the warehouse complex – including material receipts, internal deliveries, putaways and transfers.

    Shift- Rotating between Day shift (7:00 am to 3:30 pm) & Afternoon Shift (12:00 pm to 8:30 pm), Includes working on weekends. & 7:00 am to 5:30 pm (10.5 hours), Monday to Thursday & have a 3 days weekend.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the safe unloading of all materials from delivery vehicles and ensuring that these materials are checked for damage as well as accuracy against the receiving documents. This includes, materials for use in production, materials for R&D, QC etc. as well as miscellaneous materials (such as office supplies, equipment etc.).
  • Responsible for ensuring that all deliveries of materials for use in GMP production are weighed, labelled, entered/recorded accurately into the inventory systems and moved to the correct designated Quarantine Areas.
  • Responsible for ensuring materials, when released/rejected etc. are transferred from the quarantine areas to the designated warehouse for storage and updating SAP with the transfer change.
  • Receives non-GMP materials for R&D, QC etc. and delivers them to their respective areas in a timely fashion.
  • Constantly reviews related departmental SOPs to ensure that his work complies with current procedures and whenever in doubt seeks advice from the Materials Management Supervisor.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the Receiving Dock and Raw Material Quarantine areas are maintained in a neat and tidy manner.
  • Responsible for performing miscellaneous activities as directed by the Materials Management Supervisor or the Warehouse Specialist.

  • Responsible for completing activities and tasks within your Area of Responsibility, as assigned by the Materials Management Supervisor and/or Management.
