• Spearhead capital raising initiatives for various real estate projects.
• Leverage existing relationships and continuously expand the network of high net worth individuals, family offices, and accredited investors.
• Create and present compelling investment proposals and pitch materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project specifications, returns, and investment structures.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
• Attend industry events, seminars, and networking events to represent the firmand foster relationships.

• Proven experience in raising significant capital, specifically for real estate projects.
• Established network of high net worth individuals and accredited investors.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market, investment strategies, and regulatory environment.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate or related field (Master's Degree or additional qualifications are a plus).
