    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our emerging consulting practice. As a Vice President of Consulting Services, you will be responsible for providing analysis and insight to employee survey results, presenting survey findings to executive teams, and facilitating action planning.


    Your primary objective will be to interpret reports and communicate findings in a way that is relevant to clients' businesses. You will work closely with clients to develop post-survey action plans, utilizing your expertise in change leadership principles, processes, and techniques.



    • Broad business experience with at least 10 years in a corporate environment;
    • An undergraduate degree or MBA/PhD equivalent;
    • Executive presence with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives;
    • A strong understanding of HR disciplines and workplace issues;
