Job Description:

The Data Integrity Specialist is accountable for ensuring files are compliant within compliance and regulatory standards.
Working in close partnership with the field offices, the Data Integrity Specialist will provide ad-hoc value-added training to Advisors. The DIS will also provide training focused on specific trends.


What you will do

  • Running reports and comparing information for accuracy and retention purposes.
  • Verifying/entering information within Investment Centre, and notifying appropriate area when necessary.
  • Communicating with advisors/ Administrative Staff regarding incomplete / missing documentation and requirements.
  • Liaising with Head Office and Advisors/Admin Staff for resolution of investment related issues
  • Escalating repeated paperwork and noncompliance issues to appropriate area while providing solutions that will resolve the issue.
  • Provide reporting on NIGO's for advisors and admin staff on training opportunities

What you will bring

  • College diploma an asset
  • Strong written, verbal and virtual communications and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to sort through data and pull out meaningful intel.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to an everchanging business environment
  • Ability to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Ability to succeed and work well under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize, focus and balance multiple priorities at all times.
