Salary: $36.60 per hour.

Work schedules are expected to be shifts of 8 hours 5 days a week. Depending on the business operation, these shifts will continuously vary from early mornings, day, afternoons, evenings and overnights shifts. This role requires work on weekends as well as weekdays.

Education: Secondary (High) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Ability To Supervise: 11-15 people

Proficiency with: MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Office, MS Access, Accounting software, Electronic cash register, Point of Sale system, MS Excel

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Build sales and profits, which in turn build your value, professionally and financially
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, conduct performance reviews
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Provide customer service
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  • Cost products and services
  • Organize and maintain inventory
