Responsibilities

General Construction Labourer

Position Summary
Greater Sudbury Construction Inc. is looking for skilled labourers to help in the completion of various residential construction projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Load and unload construction supplies from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment.
Installation of glass, architectural walls and millwork
Successfully move, reconfigure, repair, clean and troubleshoot.
Ensures job site is left clean and organized
Interact with other staff, management and clients in a manner that is conducive to professional operating relationships
Performs all other duties as assigned
Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, lasers, levels and chop saws
Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid Driver's License
Read and interpret both metric and imperial dimensions/tape measures
Physically able to move in various positions, including but not limited to: bending, standing, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time
Be able to lift, push, pull materials and equipment to complete the assigned task
Must complete require safety standards
Ability to multitask, work independently at times and meet deadlines

Pay:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
