We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager with exceptional executive assistant and HR skills to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency.
- Maintain office systems and procedures, including filing systems, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Assist executives with various administrative tasks, such as drafting and editing correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
- Act as a liaison between executives, staff, and external partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage office budgets and expenses, tracking invoices, and coordinating with the finance department.
- Support human resources functions, such as employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating performance reviews.
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job vacancies, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
- Manage employee benefits programs and handle employee inquiries regarding benefits.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and address employee concerns.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate HR records and files.
- Assist in organizing company events, including teambuilding activities, meetings, and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in office management, executive support, and HR roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Demonstrated problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and personalities.

Salary:
$45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
