Description

Huron Respite Network, Community Support for Families and Community Participation Supports Programs of Community Living-Central Huron are seeking self-employed contract workers to support adults and children with developmental and/or physical disabilities, and/or mental health issues, ongoing contracts are available.

Self-employed contract workers are chosen by individuals to assist the individuals with skill-building, independence, developing connections in the community, as well as providing respite to caregivers.

You will be working closely with adults and/or Parents/Guardians to determine routines and goals for the individuals supported. If you are creative, enthusiastic and passionate about making a difference in someone's life, we encourage you to apply.


Requirements:


  • At least 18 years of age
  • Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
  • Clear Children's Aid Society Check
  • Ontario Class "G" Driver's License
- $2 Million of Liability Insurance on Auto Policy

  • First Aid and CPR preferred
  • Related Post Secondary Diploma or Degree is considered an asset.

Job Types:
Part-time, Casual, Freelance, Seasonal
