TITLE:
Digital Marketing Officer
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The role of the Digital Marketing Officerwill be to guide Alexander College's marketing efforts in the countries that are assigned.
The Officer will work closely with the Web and Online team and the Marketing (Enrollment and Academic Advising) team to enter new markets and maintain current markets for enrollment purposes.
The Officer will build and maintain the College's online brand presence by developing online marketing strategies, campaigns, plans, and tactics using a variety of marketing tools to enhance awareness, engagement and understanding of the College's programs and benefits.

REQUIREMENTS
- Postsecondary education, Bachelor of Business/Commerce Degree with Marketing concentration is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years work experience working in a similar role
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve digital marketing efforts
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms such as Facebook ads manager, Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in developing marketing strategies
- Assist in maintaining the accuracy of publications, website, and other content
- Develop and execute paid social media campaigns, such as Facebook or Instagram advertisements, and then monitor and analyze the performance of these campaigns
- Manage and maintain data dashboards for each market and digital marketing platforms to track performance and optimize marketing strategies
- Maintain and optimize CRM database and other marketing automation tasks
- Conduct marketing and sales research to improve marketing campaigns and sales followup efficiency
- Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic
- Monitor, analyze and optimize the current CRM/marketing campaign operations
- Develop and prepare monthly marketing reports on a regular basis
