I have an obstetrical and gynecologic practice. My office is looking for a reliable medical office assistant, capable to work independently.

She will be responsible for communicating directly with patients, scheduling appointments and procedures, answering phones, turning over rooms, sterilizing medical equipment, ordering supplies, updating electronic medical records, and billing.

Requirements:

• Completion of medical office assistant training program or direct experience working as a medical office assistant
• Team oriented positive attitude
• Knowledge of electronic medical record system (Accuro is an asset)

Training on specific office processes and examination rooms set up will be provided.

Schedule Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift


Salary:
$24-$28 per hour depending on experience
