Please note this is a part time position.


Responsibilities:


contact vendors and nurture vendor relationships

attend planning meetings, rehearsals, weddings and events (sometimes working 10+ hours) (working evenings and weekends)

able to lift up to 30 lbs

You are detail oriented and a problem solver. You are looking to gain experience in the wedding or event industry on a part time basis.


Experience and Requirements:

Access to a vehicle and able to travel thoughout the GTA And beyond

wedding and/or event certificate/ WPIC in progress or complete

experience facilitating events, setting up decor, creating timelines, executing tasks

customer service experience

can do attitude and willingness to learn

Job Types:
Part-time, Casual, Seasonal, Apprenticeship, Internship / Co-op

Contract length: 6 months

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
