    Description
    Level 3 – Maintenance Fully Skilled (CofQ)
    The Level 3 – Maintenance Fully Skilled (CofQ) role involves handling maintenance and repair services for facility systems like mechanical, electrical, and building systems with increasing responsibilities as skills develop.
    Performance Expectations
    • Establish and maintain maintenance standards and recommend programs.
    • Install new equipment using outside services if needed.
    • Maintain equipment and facilities through preventive/predictive maintenance.
    • Consult work orders and personal log book for job prioritization.
    • Guide troubleshooting and repairs efficiently.
    • Inform relevant personnel of stock parts deficiencies.
    • Keep equipment and facility operational for maximum uptime.
    • Interpret schematic drawings and use specialized measuring tools.
    • Evaluate equipment conditions and assess design feasibility for modifications.
    Credentials
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Certificate in a related field or equivalent experience.
    • Basic welding skills.
    • Minimum two years of related experience.
    • Courses in different controllers (Fanuc, Siemens).
    • Proficient in level '1' and '2' maintenance.
    • Skilled in trades like CET or industrial electrician.
    • Utilize computer-assisted design, manufacturing, and machining.
    • Advanced knowledge in troubleshooting servo motors, drivers, etc.
    • Understand codes and regulations, able to teach procedures.
