The Host/Hostess position was built for the outgoing, the natural leaders, and the ones quick to establish relationships with others.

- Our Hopewell Host/Hostess is the first point of contact for all future homeowners, and in some cases their first introduction to Hopewell and homebuying. That's a lot of pressure, we know That's why we are looking for the perfect, peppy and positive person eager to take on this responsibility. Your job will be to greet clients as they enter the show homes, introduce them to our Sales teams and make their Hopewell experience one to remember. Rest assured, our expert Sales team will be there to support you and provide clients with more detailed information on our homes and communities.
The Time Commitment:
- This is an ideal position for postsecondary students looking to balance classwork and a parttime job. The successful Host/Hostess will have a flexible schedule, with shifts in the late afternoon, evening and weekends, and be required to work on average hours/week
Key Responsibilities: - Welcoming clients in a warm and friendly manner;
- Answer any basic questions clients may have;
- Redirecting questions to Area Sales Manager;
- Cleaning and tidying the Sales Centres;
- Keeping the Showhome in excellent condition at all times;
- Answering phone calls and taking accurate notes of any inquiries;
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School diploma;
- Licensed Driver preferred as you will be working in several different neighbourhoods;
- Strong customer service and trouble shooting skills;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word;
- Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills;
- Ability to excel in a fast paced, dynamic, deadline driven environment.
