• Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the retail store
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Supervise and train retail staff to deliver exceptional service and meet sales goals
• Assist in creating and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
• Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store appearance
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record keeping

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is required
• Strong knowledge of retail management principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in budgeting and basic math skills
• Experience in supervising a team is preferred
• Multilingual skills are a plus
