We Are Looking For:
LANCEMENT AGENT (Part-Time)


Responsibilities:


  • Manage billing for airlines customers
  • Input in WINREST the loading factors for each airline according to clients requests
  • Check that the delivery notes are correctly filled in & make sure they are sent to the accounting department for processing in timely manner
  • Ensure that the flights are visible & registered accurately on the computer software
  • Consistently check, validate, and control the accuracy & conformity of the information you handle
  • Ensure the proper transmission of information about the production plan and flight schedules of through the dedicated company computer software, WINREST
  • Follow contractual procedure for each customer and the daily turnover & the production projection for the various airlines & departments
  • Coordinate & ensure transmission of all orders modifications or schedule modification to different departments
  • Ensure that checked flights are validated on a daily basis & the day prior to the flight departure as well
  • Validate & Control that all adjustments are completed, communicate with all departments
  • Conduct daily transmission of documents required for the operations: delivery note, track sheet, check sheet, instructions...
  • Maintain constant business & commercial relationship with our clients
  • Provide the day prior to the flight departure all the layout with the distribution plan and printed labels for each flight
  • Share the new procedures and updated information provided by the airlines to the drivers and the different production departments (bond, cutlery, food production, etc. )
  • Control the CID for Jazz airline operation in coordination with the Handling Teams, on a daily basis
