Position Summary:

The Lead Supervisor position is responsible for assisting the store team in store operations and closing procedures as well as security during their shift.

The Lead Supervisor must also provide efficient and friendly service to customers and for maintaining excellent Store operating standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall security of the store.
Oversees the store operations and provides a safe working environment for the rest of the team.
Provides a high level of customer service by establishing contact, greeting customers and ensuring customer satisfaction
Provides solutions for customers concerns.
Receiving orders and following the proper procedures.
Completes the Closing Supervisors work plans.
Maintains a balanced float while on shift and counts cash drawer at end of shift, reporting and accounting for any discrepancies
Faces and displays merchandise
Ensures products are scanning correctly and advises Management of any discrepancies
Demonstrates a high level of professional and ethical standards by adhering to all Company policies and procedures
Handles products and operates equipment according to regulations and Company policies and procedures
Demonstrates consistent growth in product knowledge and product changes

Requirements:

Must HAVE Open availability to work nights and weekends. This will be evening shifts
Must be 19+ years of age
Must have Serving it Right certification
Must be able to bend, reach and stand for long periods of time with out issue.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis without issue.

Salary:
From $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
