- Operate Heavy equipment
- Comply with health and safety requirements
- Attend toolbox meetings; have a safety mindset
- Clean equipment and do preventative maintenance checks
- Report any incidents and prepare accident report
- 3+ years' experience operating a Paver, following all standard equipment procedures.
- Ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, contractors and the general public in a courteous, professional manner at all times.
- Maintains a valid Class 5 driver's license or better.
- Own vehicle to get to and from jobsite.
- Willing to work out of town and in remote locations, as required.
- Willing to work overtime, as required.
- Must comply with the company's drug & alcohol program, including testing requirement.
- Other duties as assigned.
