    Warehouse Pick and Pack Operator (Full-Time)

    Role Impact:

    As a Warehouse Pick and Pack Operator at Fable, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products are accurately and efficiently delivered to customers. You will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders, moving inventory within the warehouse, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive mindset will help uphold the high standards our customers expect.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Accurately pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision

    - Organize and move products within the warehouse to ensure smooth operations

    - Maintain a clean and efficient workspace using 5S methodology

    - Support basic problem-solving efforts to improve efficiency and minimize delays

    - Collaborate with the team to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives

    - Safely operate forklifts and walkies (certification is a strong asset)

    - Support other warehouse tasks as assigned

    - Work flexible hours and overtime as needed to meet business demand

    Qualifications:

    - 1+ years of warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience

    - Understanding of 5S and a continuous improvement mindset

    - Basic problem-solving skills and a proactive work ethic

    - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

    - Forklift and walkie certification preferred

    - A collaborative team player who values accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction

    - Availability to work overtime during peak periods
