Description

We are looking for a sales and customer service oriented person with a strong background in heavy equipment, particularly agricultural and farm equipment.

Preference to any one who's a licensed Mechanic or has experience working with the equipment.

As Service Manager, this customer-facing position's ideal candidate will be a solid leader and build a foundation of accountability and promote quality work and exceptional customer service within the service department.

Manage, oversee and delegate effectively to your service team and staff

• Planning, administration and general management and day to day operations and supervision of staff
• Ensure bottom line of profitability for Services provided
• Relocation assistance will be considered for a qualified candidate.

High level of knowledge and technical proficiency of agriculture materials and equipment

• Previous service manager experience
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with knowledge of of Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency of labour and billing rates, inventory control
• High level of leadership and management skills
• Licensed Mechanic preferred
• Experience with equipment brands such as CASE IH, New Holland, John Deere a strong asset
